Judy Taranovich President/Owner - joined Proctor Gas February 1988: Judy has owned the company with

Jimmy for the past 28 years (Jimmy took over from parents) She was involved in collections to start and ran the gift portion of the business (Vermont Hearth and Home) for the past 6 years. Since Jimmy's passing Judy has taken over along with the help of a very capable staff to continue Jimmy's vision in running a customer oriented business.

Walt Piontek Operations Manager - joined Proctor Gas March 1989: Walt has been with Proctor Gas for 22

years. He started doing some service and bulk truck deliveries and has moved on to operations manager, taking care of all the dispatch of the drivers and service technicians. Walt also does all the purchasing of our propane.

Laurie Poro Office Manager - joined Proctor Gas July 1989: Laurie has been with PGI for 22 years and came

to us as a Kelly Temp. Laurie has proved to be one of our most valued long-timers. She is our office manager, and if there is a problem, go to Laurie—she'll fix it!

Roger Ryan Plant Manager - joined Proctor Gas September 1989: Roger joined the Proctor Team 22 years

ago. Since starting with us, Roger has always been full-time service. A dedicated employee, Roger will do whatever is asked of him—even the dirty jobs no one else wants to do.

Shannon Gibbs Installation Technician - joined Proctor Gas September 1990: Shannon came to Jimmy

several times begging to be hired; however, Jimmy was reluctant at first to hire a 20 year old, but Jimmy liked his perseverance and decided to give him a try. Jim had to get a special waiver to get him on the insurance because he was so young. Shannon exceeded Jimmy's expectations and has turned into a first class technician and all-around excellent employee. Shannon can work any aspect of the business, but he has become our resident expert in the hearth product installations, which is not an easy job with all of the new high tech devices now available.

Mike G. Taylor Installation Technician - joined Proctor Gas Proctor Gas 2000:Mike has several years'

experience in the propane industry. He spent his first few years working freelance for us as well as other companies in the area. Needless to say we were very happy when he decided to make Proctor Gas his permanent home. Mike has been with us now for 11 years and is one of our more valued technicians. He does most of our gas install work and you could put a level on his black iron work. If it's not perfect, it's not right in Mike's eyes – A man after Jimmy's Heart.

Donna Haynes Office Staff - joined Proctor Gas June 2002: "There was just something about her" is what

Jimmy said after he interviewed Donna for a job with Proctor 10 years ago. Although she did not have any experience in the gas business after leaving her own dry cleaning business, Jimmy felt she would be a good employee. He was right. Donna has become a very important part of our office support staff. I think she is one of the favorites among the PGI crew since no one's birthday goes by without Donna coming in with a cake for them!

Kevin Callahan Bulk Truck Driver - joined Proctor Gas March 2004: Kevin has been with us for 7 years.

Kevin is one of our most capable bulk truck drivers and has always done a great job for PGI. Kevin takes a lot of pride in what he does and in the company.

Emily Fredette Office Staff - joined Proctor Gas September 2005: We love Em—our customers love

Em—everyone loves Em! We were so happy the day that she decided to join our PGI family. Although Em has only worked for us 6 short years, she has more experience in the fuel industry than any of us, having been in this business for 26 years! Emmy is the first lady of PGI as she is the first one you hear when you call in (most of the time). She is truly the kind voice of Proctor Gas. But don't let this minimize her job here as she is also a very important part of the day-to-day work done in this busy little office!

Eric Palmer Bulk Truck Driver - joined Proctor Gas September 2005: Eric has been with us for 6 years and is

one of our dedicated bulk truck drivers. Driving the crazy hours for the town of Proctor was not enough for Eric. He wanted the crazy hours with a propane tank following him.

Mike A. Taylor Service Team Member - joined Proctor Gas October 2007: Big Mike, Mike A. Taylor's father,

must have decided that Proctor Gas was an okay place to work because he talked his son into working here as well. How lucky we are to have a wonderful, well-mannered, young man with the same strong work ethic as his father on our team. Young Mike has been a great addition to the service team, and we look forward to an excellent working relationship for years to come.
